The eJavelin Cruiser Rack Mounted Rear Seat is engineered to securely and easily attach to the Cruiser's Rear Rack. The Rear Seat is comfortable and durable and attaches without the need for tools. It is engineered to be weather resistant and to allow its installation in conjunction with the eJavelin rack mounted Weatherproof Saddle Bags.

Environmentally friendly, breathable, non-toxic, odorless, friction resistant, waterproof, and polyurethane surface covering. Memory conditioned, thermal insulated, moisture resistant, polyurethane internal cushioning. Durable polypropylene molded plastic bottom mount. 304 stainless steel x 4 threaded bolts paired to x4 butterfly shaped tightening nuts engineered to be safe stable and durable.

eJavelin Warranty Process

All warranty requests must be submitted via email to info@eJavelin.com, along with proof of purchase, and a description of defect. eJavelin may require pictures of the defect in question in order to valid a claim.

Batteries Parts & Electric Vehicles Accessories

eJavelin Inc.warranties our products against material and assembly defects.

All original components and hardware installed on eJavelin electric vehicles (excluding batteries) are warrantied for a period of 24 months from the date of purchase.

All batteries, sold either separately or with eJavelin electric vehicles, are warrantied for a period of 12 months from the date of purchase.

All accessories are warrantied for a period of 12 months from the date of purchase.

Issues resulting from normal use do not qualify for eJavelin warranty authorization. eJavelin does not warranty against brake pad wear, tire tread wear, punctured inner tubes/flat tires, damage caused by pressure washing, scratched surfaces or physical damage caused by customer use.

eJavelin does not warranty against damage caused by customers either in misuse of products or when customers attempt to affect repairs. The installation of third-party components not supplied by eJavelin may, upon eJavelin's discretion, void the eJavelin warranty.

Customers must submit all warranty claims via email to info@eJavelin.com. Warranty request must include proof of purchase from eJavelin.com, an authorized eJavelin reseller, or an authorized eJavelin representative agent. Please also include your name, mailing address, email address, and phone number, so that we may contact you.

eJavelin reserves the exclusive right to approve or reject all warranty claims. eJavelin will require detailed pictures and descriptions of defective product requested for warranty replacement, as part of the warranty approval process.

eJavelin will repair or replace defective products or components, at eJavelin's exclusive discretion. In certain instances, customers will be required to affect replacement component installation. In such instances, eJavelin will provide complete and sufficient assembly guidance.

eJavelin will cover shipping expense for replacement components and accessories.

The submersion of non-marine grade eJavelin electric vehicles in deep water is dangerous and will void your warranty. DO NOT OPERATE eJavelin EBIKES IN STANDING WATER (LAKES, STREAMS, OCEANS, SWIMMING POOLS, DEEP PUDDLES)
