The Ranger integrates a lightweight carbon fiber (T800 / T1000) eJAV Flex Frame with quality 9 speed Shimano gearing. This allows the implementation of a large powerful (1000W or 750W) mid-drive motor and an eJAV UL Certified 52 Volt, 21 amp hour, Samsung 18650 cell battery, while still achieving a maximized weight to power ratio. The Ranger’s drivetrain, engineered with quality electronics and suspension, will achieve an excellent range per charge.

The eJavelin intuitive pedal assist user interface offers easy to choose options for a range of riding circumstances. Riders can effortlessly change performance settings that are displayed on a high quality large 3.5” color TFT LCD. The LCD is weather resistant, rated at IP66, and features a USB charging port that will charge any standard smartphone.

The Ranger features quality adjustable tension front shocks with eJAV Frame Flex suspension, and dirt bike inspired fat tires. The Ranger sports Kenda Juggernaut 26” x 4.5” KVS puncture & tear resistant tires, designed for superior performance over rough and lose terrain. A step through frame design places the motor and battery weight at a low center of gravity, directly under the rider. This results in a bike that is very well balanced & not top heavy. The Ranger is easy to mount and dismount, performs well in turns, and “rides light” despite its powerful motor and battery.

eJavelin has engineered the Ranger with fully integrated lighting, featuring: a powerful 900 lumens front headlight, as well as nighttime rear safety lighting. The rear light displays braking, as well as left and right signaling.

eJavelin Warranty Process

All warranty requests must be submitted via email to info@eJavelin.com, along with proof of purchase, and a description of defect. eJavelin may require pictures of the defect in question in order to validate a claim.

eJavelin Inc. Product & Component Warranty

Batteries Parts & Electric Vehicles Accessories

eJavelin Inc. warranties our products against material and assembly defects.

All original components and hardware installed on eJavelin electric vehicles (excluding batteries) are warrantied for a period of 24 months from the date of purchase.

All batteries, sold either separately or with eJavelin electric vehicles, are warrantied for a period of 12 months from the date of purchase.

All accessories are warrantied for a period of 12 months from the date of purchase.

Issues resulting from normal use do not qualify for eJavelin warranty authorization. eJavelin does not warranty against brake pad wear, tire tread wear, punctured inner tubes / flat tires, damage caused by pressure washing, scratched surfaces or physical damage caused by customer use.

eJavelin does not warranty against damage caused by customers either in misuse of products or when customers attempt to affect repairs. The installation of third-party components not supplied by eJavelin may, upon eJavelin's discretion, void the eJavelin warranty.

Customers must submit all warranty claims via email to info@eJavelin.com. Warranty request must include proof of purchase from eJavelin.com, an authorized eJavelin reseller, or an authorized eJavelin representative agent. Please also include your name, mailing address, email address, and phone number, so that we may contact you.

eJavelin reserves the exclusive right to approve or reject all warranty claims. eJavelin will require detailed pictures and descriptions of defective product requested for warranty replacement, as part of the warranty approval process.

eJavelin will repair or replace defective products or components, at eJavelin's exclusive discretion. In certain instances, customers will be required to affect replacement component installation. In such instances, eJavelin will provide complete and sufficient assembly guidance.

eJavelin will cover shipping expense for replacement components and accessories.

The submersion of non-marine grade eJavelin electric vehicles in deep water is dangerous and will void your warranty. DO NOT OPERATE eJavelin EBIKES IN STANDING WATER (LAKES, STREAMS, OCEANS, SWIMMING POOLS, DEEP PUDDLES)
